We went for a nice walk at the end of last weekend with mommy and daddy. We stopped to put air in the tires of the jogging stroller and while we were waiting, Adelaide got a smooch from me.

Aha! Now we know why daddy wanted to put air in the tires. Apparently he has a need for speed. He raced us up the hill and had us laughing hysterically.

We also went to open gymnastics. Now that the weather is getting nicer outside, it's not as crowded and we have more space to explore. This is the small trampoline,

Here is the bigger trampoline that I jump down to get to the blocks.

Being silly on my "boat."

The block pit! I think this is my favorite part of open gymnastics.

This week was teacher appreciation week at school and my teachers were in for some surprises from the parents, including these little gift bags. My teachers are great and they have helped me grow so much this year.
I also decided that I really wanted to learn how to crack an egg.

We met up with mommy's friend Meg and her kids Henry and Hazel at the Museum of Science.

At school all week we worked on a special project for our mom's that involved a shoe. In my case, it involved a slipper:) I gave mommy hints all week about what it was, such as "it goes in a shoe, it grows, it needs water." I think she was really surprised!

Mommy had to observe a tree this semester for one of her classes. Part of that observation included measuring the tree. Mommy's teacher had mentioned a kindergarten class that had once used a balloon to measure a tree. We decided it would be fun to try it so we got a balloon and attached lots of string to it.

What we weren't counting on was the wind. We came to the VERY scientific conclusion that the tree was taller than the total length of the balloon. That was it!
