Now that I am getting closer to being 3 years old, I decided it was time to find myself a chick. Preferably a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse watching, chocolate milk drinking girl who also likes to play with stickers. In my quest to find this chick, I realized just how difficult it would be.
First, Dzia Dzia told me he knew where we could find some chicks so I eagerly accompanied him to the local hardware store in Maine where a surprise awaited me.
Real chicks! Not the kind I was expecting, but still pretty neat!
When I got back to Grammi and Dzia Dzia's house in Maine I kept a lookout for any potential candidates that might come along. I waited, and waited, and waited!
I got so tired that I decided to read in my new cot in Maine until the right woman came along!
I even had mommy take some pictures of me wearing the new pajamas that Nonna sent. I thought that might send the chicks my way.
I even showed off my athletic abilities by hanging from a tree when I went to the park with my mommy, sister, Auntie Shannon and Lorelai.
I thought that maybe the fact that I like to pretend I'm superman would win the chicks over but still no luck!
I even wore my party hat in the car while I waited!
Finally, today I gave up my search and mommy, Adelaide and I went to the children's museum in Boston. I had so much fun showing Adelaide the ropes. What a fun day!!!
