Happy Birthday to Mommy!

This was the day I had been waiting for. I've been counting down the days for at least two weeks. Here's why. It was mommy's birthday and we were surprising her by going to Buffalo Wild Wings. Daddy and I concocted a plan to take her there for dinner. For those of you who don't know, I am obsessed with this restaurant. I have been watching it be developed for over the past month. I saw the building change, the construction work being done, the new sign going up and their doors open. When daddy suggested taking mommy there for her birthday, I was beyond excited. I invited Grammi and Dzia Dzia but told them that they must keep it a surprise. I did a good job of not giving the secret away. The words "Buffalo Wild Wings" might have slipped out of my mouth a few times, but otherwise I think mommy was genuinely surprised!

Earlier in the day on her birthday, Adelaide, mommy and I had a picnic lunch.

We also ran down some hills!

When the time came for our big surprise, daddy told me to tell mommy that we were meeting him at Panera. When we got there, we told mommy that we were going to BWW's for dinner! I was so excited!

Mommy was a good sport about wearing the party hat that Adelaide picked out for her.

We kept on giving mommy hugs and kisses. I love to give smooches.

Grammi and Dzia Dzia brightened up the party. We loved having them there.

What would a party be without me wearing a pink party hat?

Dzia Dzia really blew my chance at having a perfect picture with Grammi.

Earlier in the week, we went strawberry picking with some friends. It was really muddy so Colin decided to play in the mud.

I decided to join him but didn't get too muddy!

We also went to A Taste of Cambridge with mommy and daddy. We sampled lots of delicious foods. It was a fun week!
