Father's Day Weekend!

I was so happy that mommy and daddy had a weekend without me planned because that meant I got to spend three nights at Nonna and Papa's house before they came to pick up Adelaide and me.

While I was doing really fun things like go to the beach, eat pizza, go to church, go to a farm and get lots of hugs and kisses from Nonna and Papa, mommy and daddy were busy having fun themselves. I do think, from a three year old perspective, that I had a better time than they did!

Mommy and daddy went to the state house. They were given a tour by one of daddy's friends and went outside on the balcony.

Here is a view from the balcony.

They also stayed overnight at Nine Zero where daddy decided to spend his time reading Us Magazine and drinking Mike's Lemonade.

Before they saw West Side Story, they went out for dinner. Here is a picture of their first course. They said that the appetizers and drinks were great but the rest of the meal was not so enjoyable.

The next day they went to Alison and Sebastian's wedding.

When they arrived at the Cape on Sunday, we were so excited to see them and really looking forward to our Father's Day dinner of lobster, steak, potatoes, corn and salad. Have I mentioned that Nonna is an awesome cook?

I am so thankful for my daddy, Papa and Dzia Dzia. They are terrific role models and I really admire them more than I can express.
