Well, this summer I will be four. My preschool has one day where they celebrate all of the summer birthdays. I was so excited for last Thursday to arrive- it was Summer Birthday Party Day! I didn't know I'd be in for another surprise!
When I walked into the room, I saw that it was all decorated.
Then, I made my crown. It had Thomas stickers and trucks on it.
Then, while we were down watching a music man, mommy showed up! She surprised me at school and volunteered to be the special helper for the Summer Birthday Day!
As if our day wasn't fun enough, I had two special jobs- line leader and I got to set up all the cups for the snack.
Then, we found out we were having ice cream sundaes for snack. Ice cream, in the morning?!
The centerpieces for the tables...some of us were turning four and others of us were turning five this summer.
Really fun bowls that we got to have our sundaes in.
Once mommy was done scooping the ice cream, she sat next to me and we ate our ice creams together. I saved her a seat, after all, she's my special lady!
