We went to a party in honor of Auntie Shannon this past weekend. It was a BLAST! One of the highlights was the slide that went right into a pool. After I changed into my bathing suit, I went for it. I plunged right in. I didn't realize how cold it was going to be but I kept on going back for me. I must have gone down the slide at least 10 times before I finally wore myself out.
Of course one of the other highlights of the day was that my cousin Lorelai was there. She and I have so much fun whenever we get together. We did a happy dance when we saw each other! Normally we run toward each other and embrace but this time around we decided to dance in excitement!
Ahhh...freezer pops and all the cousins together. What could be better? Nothing! Last night when I was going to bed I told mommy a story:
"Lorelai came up to Maine. She went on the boat. Lorelai jumped off the boat and swam to the dock. The End."
Grammi decided to take Gabriella for a walk and of course we all decided to join her. I'm sure she had more fun with all of us there.
We played with the flag in honor of Auntie Shannon and Daddy.
On Tuesday, mommy asked me what I wanted to do and I told her I thought we should go to the Museum of Science. Adelaide and I spent some time doing puzzles.
But the DEFINITE highlight was building with the blocks. I started off by making mommy a bed to sleep in and then I added a mailbox at the end of the bed (just in case she was too lazy to get out of bed to get her mail) and then I decided that this bed needed to be something bigger and better. So I built and built and built.
I got SO excited about my project that I could hardly contain myself.
My final design: The Museum of Science! Poor Adelaide did not get any blocks, but she has to sacrifice something for the sake of art, right?
