Family Reunion: The Final Installment!

There aren't that many pictures over the next few days for a couple of reasons but I'll do my best to tell you about Wednesday through Saturday! On Wednesday morning, Auntie Margaret, Grace and Ryan had to go home but before they left Grace, Adelaide and I had some cozy time in Papa's chair watching Dora. We weren't really all that comfortable but we were determined to all sit together! Or maybe I was just determined to sit with all of them...who knows? :)

After they left, the rest of us headed to Hyannis to take a duck tour. We didn't take many pictures because Adelaide and I didn't want to sit still so we kept mommy busy. Daddy had to do schoolwork back at Nonna and Papa's house. All I have to say is "Quack, Quack, Quack!" It was quite the experience. On Wednesday night we went to Coonamessett Farm for the Jamaican barbecue. The Sweatman Littles (as I like to refer to my cousin clan as) had a really fun time and kept mommy and daddy so busy that they weren't able to snap any pictures! On Thursday, mommy realized the camera was missing so she thought daddy had taken the camera home with him because he had camera duty at the Farm. So, we had a really fun day at the Heritage Museum with Aunt Julie, Uncle Tim and their kids. Thursday evening Aunt Jessica made enchiladas and everyone called it a night really early!

On Friday morning, mommy talked to daddy on the phone and he remembered that the camera was in the cooler. Mommy checked and sure enough, we were back in action, at least until the battery ran out! Friday morning Adelaide and I spent time with Max, Sarah and Charlotte. We went for a walk and did some coloring!

After coloring, we picked some books and read them next to each other.

Max even gave me a hug!

I know, I kind of have a funny look on my face. I don't remember why. Maybe I'm not a hug guy? I don't know!

Uncle Andrew, Aunt Jessica, Max and Charlotte hadn't been to the Heritage Museum yet so we packed a picnic and took them there in the afternoon. One of the big perks of being three is that I get to help push Adelaide in the stroller.

We started off with a picnic on the ground because all of the tables were full.

A table opened up so we moved our picnic. Aunt Jessica and Uncle Andrew went to look at the car museum so we entertained Nonna and mommy while they were gone!

There is a new exhibit at the museum this year called Hidden Hollows and it is all outside with all sorts of activities for kids. We had a BLAST! There were instruments, a sand pit, a water area, wooden blocks and they are in the process of building a TREE house!

We rode the carousel. Adelaide loved it. Okay, I'll admit that I had huge smiles on my face throughout the ride. I did like it! For dinner on Friday night we all went out for pizza and Saturday morning we headed home. Overall, it was a really great trip. We had so much fun with our cousins. Nonna made sure there was lots for us to and it was pretty obvious how much time and effort she had put into the reunion. Thank you Nonna!
